Gosoku-Ryu

Gosoku-Ryu is the style promoted by one of the largest karate organizations, the IKA - International Karate Association. It was recognized in 1989 as a new, unique style, and its founder was granted the title of "Soke." Gosoku-Ryu essentially means "hard-fast" style, and was created specifically to address the spread of karate outside Japan, and the teaching of children and young adults.
